Diamond PC Menu

diamond_pc1.jpgThe biggest surprise in this menu is that the same menu was there for every night of the cruise.

The various restaurants all had a fixed few entrees that would be served every night. Also the international dining rooms menu was also available in the PC restaurants, so it made up a little bit about the lack of variety.

The menu in all consists of salads, soups and the deserts in addition to the entrees. The down point was that this was the same every night on the PC menu, but in the international dining menu, these were changes everyday.

The menu was as follows:-

SANTA FE Chicken/Beef Fajitas
Spicy Catfish

The serving of guacamole and chips as soon as you sit down for it is quite a delight.

STERLING Prime Rib (excellent)
New York Steak (excellent)
Thick Cut Pork Chop
a basket of butter and hot rolls is placed before you before you place the order; also there was some different herb in it that tasted amazing.

VIVALDI Penne Pasta
Ravioli
Ousso Bucco (very good)
Italian foccacia bread was also served.

PACIFIC MOON Mandarin Duck
Tiger Prawns
this is one thing worth trying, sushi before the main course dinner was quite an experience.

These were the entrees in the PC. Don’t forget to get the international dining room menus every night and also is posted outside each dining room, so take advantage of that.

The soups are truly inspiring with stuff like mushroom soup, pin colada soup, peach soup, asparagus soup along with the various kinds of salads and onion rings. The deserts consist of

1) Cream puffs,

2) cheese cake,

3) Ice cream,

4) apple pie,

5) sorbets, and

6) Other non sugar items.

The entrees were also a treat with dishes like

1) veal chops which are excellently prepared,

2) shrimp stir fry, rack of lamb,

3) beef wellintgton

4) serts lobster tails,

5) Snails.

Prime rib could be had almost every night along with one kind of pasta, one kind of meat and one kind of fish.
